What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Usually the MOQ is 500kg, 800kg, or 1,000kg, depending on the raw materials of your order. For direct products, it is around 300pcs.
How long does sample production take?
For raw materials, it takes about 4-7 days. For custom packaging, the timeline needs further discussion.
What are your payment terms?
Usually we adopt T/T (30% advance deposit, balance before shipment). Other methods can be discussed based on order volume.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we provide free samples while the buyer covers the shipping charges. If a new mold is required, mold charges may apply.
